Hello! I’m Jonary Dejongoy, an Executive Virtual Assistant and operations support professional dedicated to helping leaders and organizations run efficiently behind the scenes.

With a strong focus on organization, communication, and digital operations, I support entrepreneurs, podcast hosts, and nonprofit leaders by managing the essential tasks that keep their work moving forward.

Leadership Role

I currently serve as the Board Secretary of The Speak Feed Lead Project, a global initiative that empowers young people to discover the power of their voice, develop confidence, and grow as leaders.

In this role, I support the organization’s leadership by maintaining clear documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring that important initiatives are properly coordinated.

Being part of this mission allows me to contribute to programs that inspire youth around the world to speak with courage and confidence.
